Called and placed a takeout order. They have a 10” GF crust option that’s not listed online (October 2020). We asked them to change gloves and use ingredients from the back, which they said “ok” to. While not my usual comfort level as a person with celiac, options here are somewhat limited and more so in a pandemic, so it was a risk I was willing to take. Did not get glutened.

It is not on the menu, but they will do a gluten-free crust and were knowledgeable enough about cross-contamination that I felt safe eating here. Got it to go. Great pizza!
