Black & Blue

Couldn’t find anything GF for my 9year old celiac daughter so went to Black & Blue. Nice restaurant, quick service, don’t have a lot of GF options but can always get a steak and the fries are GF with a separate fryer. They have a book of all allergens for all the items on menu. Food was ok, not great, but did the job, but for a price of course.

Wait staff took me seriously, but they told me the chicken wings were fried in a dedicated fryer. The fryer is NOT dedicated. I tested the chicken before eating with my Nima Sensor and got a strongly positive result. The staff are well meaning but their kitchen is not safe.
