On safety—We mark GF food items when they are served and prepare them in a separate area, and on separate equipment to prevent cross contact. We have a dedicated GF pizza stone and prep area. We do use a shared waffle maker for our GF and non-GF waffle dough, but clean the waffle maker in between use for gluten sensitivity and celiac customers, for vegan customers, or when requested.
