The person taking my order asked if gluten free was a preference or an allergy. When I told her it was an allergy she explained that they do sanitize the area and press your panini wrapped in foil to limit cross contamination but could not guarantee cross contamination does not occur

More like 2.5 star rating.. the food is decent however every time I order I get surprised with what I actually get. I'm not sure why it's so unpredictable when I order the same thing each time (the BLT-C, which each picture is a different order).
Sometimes I get 2 sandwiches, sometimes 1. Sometimes they include chips in the order, sometimes they don't. This time I got my sandwich but it was missing lettuce. It just can never seem to be right.
Outside of that, the food is decent, have never gotten ill (yet - I'm constantly worried I may get glutened just due to the variances in orders each time), they do say they can not guarantee 0 cross contamination but do toast the bread in tinfoil to avoid cross contamination, and the food comes out quick. However, if you get food anxiety or just want predictable and consistent food, maybe try another place.

Ordered breakfast sandwich, bacon/egg/cheese on GF bread. They asked if it was for allergy or "choice". I said celiac. They told me they change gloves and make my food on aluminum foil on the same griddle as everything else. I had zero reaction and am insanely sensitive. Also had the chocolate almond GF torte and it was incredible!!
