I drive an hour to come here. Knowledgeable about gluten, and even more knowledgeable about good bbq. Get them burnt ends

They only fry French fries in the fryer during the week. Sometimes they fry tenderloins on Saturdays, you just have to check. BBQ sauce is their recipe and its gluten free. Owner came out to talk to me and seemed knowledgeable about gluten. Very friendly.
