These guys are completely on top of cross-contamination. About half their food menu is gluten-free, but be sure to ask, because some of the most innocuous-looking dishes on the menu can be cooked in unsafe oil. Sometimes they have seasonal gluten-free treats - last year they had gluten-free house made cookies for dessert. They also have a few gluten-free beers. And on a foodie level - the food is amazing. I recommend the deviled quail eggs, the quinoa dish, and the BBQ shortrib minus the bread.
