I ordered delivery from them. I have celiac and stated that in the comments. They called me immediately to let me know that they process ALL bagels (gluten and gf) in the same conveyor belt. Had to cancel the order. I was very happy with the service, despite not beinn able to order. But I will never understand these places, just add another toaster for people with celiac if you are going to be nice enough to offer gluten free options (especially bagels of all things), hell I’d even donate the toaster. But they couldn’t accomodate anything safely at that time and it’s surprising considering they advertise healthy options gluten free options.
