Not really set up for gluten free at all. Scooper goes into all ice cream flavors, server didn't know what gluten was. It was not busy when we went so we were able to have them get an unopened flavor from the back and sterilize a scooper. I wouldn't trust the toppings, but the sever was able to put a new cap on a syrup bottle so I could have more than plain ice cream. It is really delicious but probably not worth the hassle and not worth trying if they're busy

100% recommended!!! Absolutely delicious handmade ice cream and the owner went above and beyond to handle our order to make it celiac safe by using a changing gloves, getting a new scoop and opening a fresh bucket in the back. Cute shop in a cute neighborhood. Definitely worth taking a stroll to grab ice cream if your in Reno. #Celiac
