I emailed Black Sheep a day ahead of my reservation to let them know I have Celiac and how my food needs to be prepared. The executive chef emailed me back with a list of options that included salad (with options to add tuna, salmon or shrimp), burgers, steak and chicken, and sides. He even offered that if I wanted to tell them my order ahead of time, they'd prepare it ahead of time to prevent cross-contamination. When we arrived, the waitress told me "we have you taken care of" and I believed her! I ordered the Super Ram salad with salmon, and they even prepared the sweet potatoes differently to prevent cross-contamination in the oven. It was wonderful to not have to explain all my needs in front of our big dinner group, and to not be sick later in the evening. The food was delicious too:) Eat at Black Sheep!!!!!
