Staff is very allergy aware and went through all of the ingredients to ensure no gluten was in any of the sauces.
I had the truffle burger on lettuce (they also have GF buns).

They were nice and accommodating. You can eat nothing fried, because of cross contamination. But they cleaned the area for my burger and Udi’s bun- and it was delicious. Feeling fine after eating there.
Just keep in mind the fries look delicious and you’ll be sad you can’t have them. 😂
Has gluten free buns, but their fryer for fries is shared.

We ordered hamburgers with gluten free buns and stayed that it was for an allergy and not preference. Our meals came out and we tested the bun “just to be sure.” First test and second test confirmed “gluten found.” We asked a manager and she said the buns were toasted on the same griddle as the gluten buns. She said she would put in a new order. After a long wait, our meals came out with the buns toasted again. We asked for our money back and left. Also - no dedicated fryer for French fries.

The fries and sweet potato fries are in a shared fryer. Really wish they had a dedicated fryer. Paying $25 for a burger with no sides is a little ridiculous even for downtown Disney. They were very honest about what was safe but my burger still came out with fries on the plate and cheese after noting a gluten & dairy allergy.

Staff was very knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination. They warned us not to get the fries bc they are cooked in a shared fryer and knew what sauces to avoid as well. Burgers with gf buns were fabulous. They can also do all their milkshakes dairy free (but some of the shakes have gluten ingredients so be careful there). The milkshakes are to die for.

I spoke to the cashier and the manager about their gluten free options and stressed I was celiac. They seemed knowledgeable and I felt pretty good about my order. Unfortunately, when my order came out it had some fried items on it (they don’t have a dedicated fryer). I spoke to the manager and she said she’d get me a new order. It took at least 10 minutes and the burger came out cold. The manager was extremely nice, but I ended up not eating and will not return. If you’re celiac, skip it.

Disappointed with my very overcooked and salty hamburger. At least they had gf buns (udis).

The food here was awesome. Just a few options, but what we had was good. I was very specific about my dietary needs. They brought out the manger and then the chef to confirm my allergy and that they would do what they could to avoid cross contamination. They were very kind and as careful as they could be. Fries were not GF, but the salad was tasty. I would eat here again. Did not get sick.

We told them we had a child with celiac disease right away. They triple checked the order before placing it, let us know they would make her burger in a separate pan, and checked ingredients in the blue cheese dressing. That was all great. The bad? Her salad had some unidentified fried something at the bottom. She didn’t eat it, but for the restaurant being so diligent with our order, that was a disappointment.

delicious gluten free burger bun!! The manager came out to make sure I was taken care of, told me what I could eat and I felt safe! He told me it would be made on a separate pan! Great food and great service!

Manager is immediately present to go through the menu with you. Items that are available are cooked separately. Great Experience.
Yes
Have GF buns. But serve burgers with fries that are cooked in a non-dedicated fryer with onion rings. So beware. Burger was pretty good.
