Blackbird Pizza

I love this place. I love the options, the pizza, staff is friendly (but don’t always get the order right)...... BUT.... I’m concerned there’s a fair amount of cross contamination. The bottom of the pizza seems to have flour residue that I have the concern that it’s wheat flour. Not sure 100% Celiac and very sensitive people beware. ❤

Gf and vegan pizza by the slice! Also if you order a whole pizza the crust is fairly thick.

I think maybe they’ve become a tad careless with keeping the GF as “gf as possible”. The last two times I’ve gone, I’ve ended up with the typical symptoms of having eaten gluten. We also had a pizza brought to our table twice that wasn’t GF, and they had to remake it. Sadly I think I’m going to have to stop eating here. Pizza is good, but not worth feeling so sick for days.

They have gf pizza by the slice!! Something I never see. Great gf and vegan options. Good cider too
