We love Blackburns. My daughter has Celiac Disease. She loves the pulled pork. The only thing we wish is that they had a dedicated fryer for fries so it was Celiac safe. The owner Brandon is super sweet and makes sure all his customers are taken care of. The employees are amazing. Never had an issue

I’ve eaten here since they opened because I was thrilled to learn that almost everything is made with gluten free ingredients AND they understand how to avoid cross contamination with the bread, macaroni & cheese, etc.
The loaded bbq potato is my favorite. The cabbage and baked beans are amazing.
Ask for Amanda if you’re new and have questions. Her bestie has celiac so she understands our needs.
P.S. the homemade bbq sauce is amazing and it’s even grain free - no corn syrup! Which is a huge win for me because I’m cross reactive with corn too.

I have been eating here for well over a year and have never had an issue. Just tell the waitress that you need to be gluten free and to avoid cross contamination. Ask for Amanda and she can tell you everything that is GF. The BBQ pork nachos are the best!
