Like the rest of the restaurants in the casino, most of the gluten-free options are limited to fish (lobster, salmon, halibut). I don't have diagnosed celiacs, but I am sensitive to some cross-contamination. Lots of gluten-free entree and dessert options. We had the salmon flight for an appetizer, I had the scallops for an entree, and we shared the berry meringue for dessert. Everything was delicious and the service was great!
The waiter said that most of entrees were gluten free and said ask if I had questions. Don't think they are careful about cross-contamination but that was my fault not to ask.
A nice selection of entrees, desserts, and wine.
