There are 5 Blackjack Pizzas in the North Metro area. They use the Gluten Free Bistro pizza shells, have a dedicated area with dedicated utensils and toppings, and everyone I've talked to there have been knowledgable about precautions they need to take. The pizzas tastes great and the price is VERY reasonable!

their gluten free crust is SO GOOD!! it may mot be safe to people with celiac, but it is AMAZING for people with gluten sensitive.
