Review of Blackwater Grill

Very nice wait staff. After asking questions about what they were serving on their gluten free menu, discovered they have no clue what gluten is as many of the items (the Brunswick stew, the cornbread, the quail, etc) were either cooked with wheat flour or fried with other gluten containing foods. Do not go here if you have an actual allergy. Wait staff and kitchen staff was knowledgeable of their menu, and very pleasant. Whoever wrote the gluten free menu had no idea what they were doing, or have a serious disconnect communicating with their chef.
