Super knowledgeable staff. Changed gloves, washed the scoop, cleaned the station and got new ice cream to avoid contamination. Many GF flavors and one of the best affogatos I’ve ever had. Wife loved the fresh waffle cone (unfortunately it wasn’t GF)
