Dinner here was delicious and the server was very knowledgeable regarding gf options. The chips they bring to the table complimentary are cooked in a separate fryer and are safe. I also had guac, queso with ground beef and pork tacos served with rice and beans. Everything was delicious and I did not get sick.

One of the first things the waiter asked us was if anyone had any food allergies or restrictions, which was a good sign! I got the slow cooker BBQ pork tacos and they were soooo delicious. The chips are made in their own fryer, so those were safe, too. Excellent meal, I would definitely come back.

Had a pretty good meal at Blanco! The chips for the table are GF as they’re fried in a separate fryer and all of the tacos can be made GF on corn tortillas. The beans and rice that come on the side are GF as well. The server was really awesome and double checked with the chef to make sure my food could be safely made GF. I had the carnitas that would’ve been great had they not been overwhelmingly salty to the point it seemed like they had made a mistake! Not sure if it was a fluke, but I would try a different meat next time.

This place was awful. They have a weird tasting "queso" and the carnita fajitas were so burnt they made us physically ill. The waiter never asked if we wanted drinks other than water nor offered a to-go box. Almost $100 meal just to be sick all day. The g great thing for the meal was the chips and the tortilla soup.

This place is amazing!! Food is phenomenal and majority of menu is gf. They don’t have a separate gf menu but the server was so knowledgeable. Chips have their own dedicated fryer. We got the nachos, street corn, fajitas with corn tortillas and all was amazing. 10/10 recommend.

The staff was a very knowledgeable about gluten. They said I could have almost everything on the menu but the flour tortillas and the BBQ pork taco. I had pork carnitas tacos and a margarita. The chips are fried by themselves. Delicious food and drinks!

No gluten free menu, but the server was knowledgeable about gluten and also double checked with the chef about the specific meals I was interested in. I had a delicious meal of tacos (carnitas and fish) with black beans and rice. The chips and salsa were delicious. The server let me know they have separate areas in the kitchen. I felt safe eating there as a Celiac and it was delicious!

Manager was very helpful. Basically all the tacos and chips are gluten free without concern for any cross contamination. Both corn based. Margaritas are delicious too!
