Review of Blaze Pizza

They have a gluten free crust and ask if it's preference or allergy and do a glove change for allergy. They use a separate sauce ladle and put it on a rubber mat to cook, they also have a separate pizza cutter. They do a great job only negative would be for someone highly sensitive, even with a glove change they're still taking ingredients from the same bowls as those with regular gloves so there will inevitably be a small amount of cross contamination.
