Review of Blaze Pizza

The pizza was good. It's like a Chipotle, but with pizza toppings. They did a glove change and used the sauce from the other end of the bar. The pizza is on paper, so when it goes in the oven, it's not sitting where other flour crusts have been. When they remove it, they use a different pizza cutter to cut the pizza. All in all, they took good safeguard. It's a pizza place though, and no separate prep area it oven, so not celiac safe. I thought it was flavorful and would go back.
