Review of Blaze Pizza

One of the best Gluten Free pizzas I have had. Relatively low priced as well. When you go, request Gluten free with glove change. Pizza is baked on a mat that doesn’t allow contamination. Staff is very knowledgeable about gluten free, with dedicated cutters and tongs. All pizzas are cooked in the same oven, but with the mat, I have had zero issues. Enjoy!
