Review of Blaze Pizza

Grandson wanted pizza after a quick stop at Earth Fare and I thought I would not be able join in . Pleasantly surprised they had a gluten free option, staff then asked if this was a glove change , I stated yes as I am celiac. They had a separate space for dough prep and a mat to place GF pizza on in oven.

I had no reaction after dining and will return for sure.

Just happy to know there are options for us who Gluten Free is not a lifestyle choice but a necessity, as it is hard when you sense at restaurants that they have an attitude less than serious about GF as related to Celiac due to the trendy GF , Vegan lifestyle of some.
