Review of Blaze Pizza

Not safe for celiacs! Let me say, it's a great pizza place. The food is good and is prepared very quickly, but it is NOT celiac friendly because they put all the pizzas in the same oven and there are crumbs and flour all over the place. They prepare the dough separately and have a separate pot of sauce, but I didn't trust that assembly line not to get any cross contamination either.
