Heard from a celiac that blaze was a good gluten free option. This location is NOT. No attempt made by the staff to do anything as simple as changing gloves or use a different board after requesting gluten free. In fact the pizza “chef” that was helping me used normal dough and would have if I hadn’t noticed. The rumors of separate sauces for gluten free are not true here. Try a different location if you are celiac.
