Review of Blaze Pizza

They offer gluten-free pizza crust. However, even with the fancy call out for glove changes and a special container for the sauce, they baked the pizza bare where the other pizzas are, used the same board, cutting stand, and cutter as wheat pizzas. Expect cross contamination here. Also, the crust was horrible, and they burned it. They did not offer to replace the burnt pizza.
