Review of Blaze Pizza

The GF pizza was delicious. We are a GF, EF, DF family and all of us were easily accommodated. It is super busy though, and for your own safety speak up and ask for glove changes, monitor the toppings selection if you have multiple allergies and ask for a clean pizza cutter since cross contamination could easily occur. They do share the same oven so if you are highly sensitive to gluten beware. We have wheat allergy, not celiacs and it was fine for us.
