If you havw celiac, do not come to blaze pizza. This is a great place for anyone looking to have pizza on a gluten free diet for non-medical reasons, but the cross contamination is rampant. Pizza toppings are done buffet style so everyone's sauce is spread with the same ladel, everyone's pizza is cooked in the same oven, and everything is cut with the same pizza cutter. If you aren't sensitive to cross contamination, if might be worth a visit, but otherwise, I wouldn't put this place on your bucket list.
