Review of Blaze Pizza

I let them know it was an allergy and the woman making my pizza took precautions (wore gloves, used fresh spoon for sauce) but there’s real no way to completely avoid cross contact here. I have celiac and haven’t gotten sick here before, but it’s definitely risky! There’s no GF way to get the pesto base (it’s a paintbrush), and you probably need to remind the guy who takes it out of the oven to do a glove change/use a new cutter/etc. Blaze also has vegan options/multiple gf crusts to pick from.
