Review of Blaze Pizza

We ate lunch today and it was delicious. My husband is Celiac. The lady taking our order today told a preparer to change his gloves and he would handle our order. Behind the counter was a knowledgeable worker that was advising the food preparer. They even had a special mat under our pizza to keep it gluten free.
