Review of Blazin' Mongolian BBQ

Was nervous about cross contamination but owner was very familiar with celiac and allergies in general. It is new ownership. They even brought out new rice noodles because a chow mein noodle fell in on the buffet line. They cleaned the grill and utensils prior to cooking my bowl. They brought out gluten free soy sauce.
