Review of BLD Chandler

They say they had several gluten free choices... they didn't... a few is more like it. All I could get was a side order of grilled salmon and one of those tiny metal cups filled with quinoa. They don't say they are gluten free, but gluten friendly... they really aren't. They didn't know what kind of oil they used or if it was non-hydrogenated. They couldn't even look it up even with few people in the restaurant. They gave me the name and I had to look it up... and then it wasn't OK. They did ask if there was anything they could do, but short of getting a new menu and a staff that cares, and I couldn't think of anything, other than to tell others to stay away and not make the same mistake I did by walking through the door and not leaving. They get 2 stars, and because they did have a few items and because they really didn't give any attitude when I asked questions, otherwise it would be less.
