Stopped here for lunch while traveling. Options in this part of rural Texas are limited, but you only need one! Had a very nice chicken salad plate with fresh greens. Visited with the friendly server, who shared they have a couple of regulars who are GF, and the chef is very mindful of caring for them. She said to be sure and ask about specials which are often GF as a result. It’s a small place -hard to miss in a little house next to a school - but definitely worth stopping.
