Review of Blimpie

The staff was VERY well trained on cross contamination. They changed gloves and sliced meat just for my sandwich and put the toppings on in the back to avoid pulling from pans that might have crumbs. I was very pleased with everything. They do charge a bit more for GF bread, tho.
