Awesome gluten free subs! Was here on a business trip and I am usually very weary about going out to eat since I get cross contaminated so much or my allergies aren’t taken seriously but I felt perfectly fine (and very full) after eating! Her husband has celiacs too so they know all about the proper precautions when it comes to handling your food. They even have gluten and dairy free cookies!! I haven’t had a chocolate chip cookie that I can actually eat in years and I finally got to have one ☺😋 P.s 10x better than subway

The owners are VERY knowledgeable and accommodating.
I love it here! The owner has celiac and they are so incredibly careful handling the gluten free subs. Unfortunately, as most gluten free food items are, it’s a little pricey but it’s worth it knowing that you are receiving a 100% gf meal! 🙂

The person on the line was quite knowledgeable. Changed her gloves and got me products from under the line. She also used a different knife. The flavor was good!
Large gluten free sub roll and very friendly staff! Highly recommend for a quick bite!

Owner has celiac and does a great job making sure everything is GF and served without cross contamination. Wife works as well as mother in law and all are well trained on what to do. My wife has celiac and is very thorough on where she eats. We go here for lunch monthly and have never had a problem. Highly recommend to anyone with Celiac or looking for a good GF sandwich

They seemed very knowledgeable. Food was really good. It tasted like what I remember subway tasting like.

They made me feel so safe! Changed gloves and washed hands, put down a paper and made sure to keep everything separate. Also, their gluten free bread is the Gluten-Free Galaxy hoagie rolls which are amazing!

Not sure where Vespa went, but this location is not closed. They are extremely accommodating and will pull all fresh ingredients from the back to avoid cross contamination. They do have GF bread, also. Never had a bad experience and I am an extremely sensitive celiac.

They offer gluten free bread. Use different cutting boards and knifes.
Wow, they really went out of their way to make sure I was happy. They use Udi's and they toasted it in foil (they said people have commented that it comes out better that way). I think it was excellent. It turned out just like the Blimpie's Best sandwiches I remember from my past!
The manager oversaw the whole covering of Counter with a wrapper, changing of gloves, wrapping of bread in foil before toasting, and offered to change condiments if I wanted, etc. (I didn't do fresh condiments).
I'll be back!!!
