They double checked to make sure I couldnt have any gluten and understood that there is a risk as its a small kitchen and they work with flour. When I ordered they mentioned no gluten before I could and then double checked the menu to make sure I didnt order gluten. The menu also stated allergies. Still a wide variety of options. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely be back!
