Agree with previous review. Chef stated that due to cross contamination if you are Celiac the only thing safe was a burger. Staff was very helpful.

I went to the Blind Squirrel and was somewhat disappointed by the menu. It is very misleading. The waitress was wonderful, and the manager was very helpful, but most of the items listed as "gluten free" are prepared in shared oil or on shared surfaces with gluten items. I actually have a wheat allergy in addition to Celiac, so I have to be especially careful eating out. They were willing to prepare a burger for me (no sides) in a separate pan, but I didn't want a burger. We did really enjoy the atmosphere and the other people in my party had an appetizer (they don't have any food related allergies), and finished their drinks and we went elsewhere for our meal. I am giving them a 3 star rating because they were very nice and did not have an issue answering my questions. Also, if you just want to have a drink with your friends (I was the DD that night), there are gluten free drink options. I would go back for the atmosphere alone, but I would not eat there.

Great place with live music. Had the BLT on a gluten free bun which was really good with the seasonal vegetables. Had the chips and queso dip for an appetizer which was good. Fryer is shared with other fried foods, so beware if you are really sensitive. Items are marked GF on menu which is nice, but still needed to clarify with the waitress. I would definitely go back!
