Review of Bliss Bake Shop

It's zero stars an option? I have been there once only, the employee contaminated several times. I emailed the owner because I was worried maybe this employee needed better cross contamination training. I received a reply saying their gf cupcakes are made with gf ingredients but they do not worry about cross contamination. what's the point then? will never go back and warn everyone whose gf not to support this business.
