While they only have one GF option (though others could be made GF I’m assuming), it is delicious! I’ve gotten this as take out a few times, but this was my first time going into the store. They take off their gloves, wash their hands well, and put on new gloves to avoid cross contamination as much as possible. Is there still a possibility of cross contamination? Yes because they have some battered food and other glutinous products, but they do what they can to make you feel comfortable and not get sick. So far (fingers crossed🤞) I haven’t had any issues eating food from here. For anyone traveling through St Louis, this is also super close to I-66 making it a convenient option

I called to ask about gluten and dairy free options. The lovely human who answered the phone said there is no dairy in the facility and directed me to their one gluten free option, and also told me how to make other options gluten free. They brought up the seriousness of cross contamination and how seriously they take it. I’ve never had a reaction eating there and appreciate their understanding of gluten/dairy free so very much.
