UPDATE: news has come out now that the owner and employees engage in explicitly racist and sexist behavior behind the scenes, including sexually harassing employees and threatening local immigrant business owners with slurs and violence. I will never return to this restaurant. https://www.liberationnews.org/sequim-washington-community-to-protest-racism-at-local-restaurant/

This place went above and beyond when I told them I had celiac to make sure my meal was not only safe, but delicious. Our server (I think her name was Sydney?) was wonderful and went back to talk to the kitchen multiple times, ask me if I had any other allergies, and clearly explain to me what they could and could not do for me with full transparency—I felt very safe! I had gluten free pesto pasta with veggies, all cooked on clean cookware, and it was delicious. They do not have a dedicated fryer or totally separate prep space, so make sure to be clear about your needs and they will help recommend what you should and shouldn’t have. I forgot to ask them about the pasta water, so just hoping it was made separately.
