Review of Blondie's Plate

the person who rated it down for being crowded is crazy. yes, it is tight, it's in a tiny old Presbyterian church. The food is AMAZING. it is SO good. The portions are small, but they are supposed to be, it's a small plate (tapas) restaurant. I highly recommend it.
