Celiac warning! I was violently sick after eating here. The waitress told me bread was outsourced but owner said it was not. Called restaurant to let them know how sick I was. The employee said owner was not available but they would look to see if they could figure it out. I never heard back.

Hello, I am very sorry to hear that you were so sick. Upon learning this we researched all our ingredients and triple checked with all our suppliers after you initially made the complaint. I hold my kitchen to a very high standard and take this very seriously. My head chef, myself, and my children have Celiac’s and strong gluten intolerances. It is our purpose to cater to this condition. As we told you we would get back to you if any of our ingredients could have given you a reaction. Everything was indeed free of gluten and remains that way in our facility. We see hundreds of people with Celiac’s and other conditions in which they cannot have gluten, this is the very reason why I opened this establishment. I did this so there can be a place that is gluten free to cater to people like yourself and other with gluten intolerances. Again, I am sorry to hear you were sick, but it was not from my establishment.
