Server knew what celiac was and offered safe menu suggestions. The sweet potato hash is usually made on the same flat top as the French toast but the kitchen cooked mine in a separate pan. They were easily able to accommodate dairy-free with the scramble as well. They offer gluten-free toast and it was suggested it was toasted in a separate area from the gluten toast but I didn’t try it. (The sweet pirates and scramble were more than enough.) They also have an espresso machine and alternative milks and great coffee/tea options.
