Bloom is an assembly line to make a little bento box of sorts. Pick a base (rice, greens), a protein (vegan options), two hot sides and two cold sides. Everything gf. And everything except for a few proteins is vegan.

Great to find a dedicated GF place with healthy food so close to SLU and downtown! I’ve found a few options to be underwhelming but some of them are delicious (sweet potatoes, dal, greens, pickles). Cookies are fantastic!

Dedicated gluten free fast casual. Most items are dairy free and many are soy free and vegan. The turkey meatballs were amazing. Great sauces.
