My experience was fantastic. So amazing to walk into an establishment and not have to worry about cross contamination or wheat. We had strawberry donuts and Valentine coffee. Very enjoyable. My non-celiac daughter loved the donut too! We chose Tiaramisu, cinnamon rolls, strawberry banana muffins and a couple of cupcakes to go. I loved the strawberry banana muffins. the Tiaramasu was good, too sweet for me, but my sugar intake isn't what it once was. We will be back again. Thank you so much for offering such a great opportunity to have really fabulous, safe food.

I took the tiramisu and cinnamon roll with icing. Since they are free of grain, gluten, egg, dairy, can sugar, oils and soy and yeast, they taste okay to me. They use nut and seed flours. The cinnamon roll was good. I liked the one with the frosting on top! I tried the tiramisu but realized quickly it wasn’t my favorite. I wanted to like it, but it wasn’t tasty for me at all. Would I go back? Hmmm….maybe for the cinnamon roll…but probably not.

Absolutely LOVED this place. The staff are so kind and friendly and it’s such a wonderful time being able to eat everything. They have brownies, keylime pie, cupcakes, tiramisu, and more. I definitely spent too much money here but was so excited to try it all :)

I have been here multiple times and it is always delicious! I have multiple allergies including dairy and soy and peanuts and I always have so many options here. A must stop in Milwaukee!

While it was very nice to know that every item was safe to eat here, we hadn’t realized that this bakery is also free of refined sugar, eggs, and dairy. Which definitely affects taste and texture. Our fault for not checking! Great option for anyone who needs to avoid more than just gluten.

I really love this place. I really, truly wish they would have some items that are not full of sugar. I'm not sure why people think that the massive amount of sugar in dates doesn't count. Natural sugar is still sugar. Sugar is natural. It's all bad for you.

I love this bakery. I have celiac disease and since I have a very strict diet my husband also follows my diet. I've never had any issue with anything I buy. My favorite item is the donuts! So moist and amazing flavor! Best gluten free bakery I have ever had!

A cute little bakery with tons of gf and df options! They have donuts, cinnamon roll, cupcakes, and more! The staff was kind and helpful. The food was amazing too! It was SO hard to decide what to get, it all sounded incredible!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very glad everything gluten free, however the 3 things I tried tasted okay to good, but the texture was so dense in all of them it made it practically inedible. If you like very dense items you will like this place, but if you like items to be fluffy you may be stuck with making treats at home.

100% GF. I got a lemon bar which was good, but didn't taste much like standard lemon bars - much less sweet, no shortbread crust, ginger taste. Also got a hippie scone - very tasty and a hearty snack. Finally I got an orange cranberry muffin which was also very tasty. Kind of sterile dining space, and it seems most people just get their food to go. No coffee to drink, just tap water.

Wow and wow! The owners were so friendly and explained their products to us. So many allergen free options but all gluten free. I appreciated the many vegan options too.

My wife and I visited here today for the first time. I have Celiac and Type 1 diabetes and am always looking for a great new place that is totally gluten-free. Many people had reviewed this place and given it 5 stars so we had to check it out. I'll elaborate but this place is nothing short of AMAZING. BEST gluten-free bakery items I've ever had and I do mean ever. We tried the following items - Hippie Scone, Cherry Pecan Chocolate Chip cookie, Fig & Pistachio Biscotti, and a Country Bread Loaf. The worst of these items was the bread and by worst I mean it was only great. All of the other items were outstanding. My wife is not Celiac or diabetic and she also loved the cookie she got.

Here's the best part - the owner is the nicest , knowledgeable, and informative person I've met in a bakery. He was happy to explain all the ingredients, explain how/why they are better, and even shared why he started the business. Customer service at its best! We'll be back and hope you give it a try too.

We stopped at Blooming Lotus on the way up to visit my bfs family. They are a completely gluten free, grain free, dairy free, egg free, and sugar free bakery. The only parts that really intrigued me were the gluten free and dairy free, but we decided to stop since it was conveniently on the way for us. I was a little skeptical at first since typically when I think of grain free desserts they don't tend to be very good. They tend to be very dense and not fluffy. I arrived in the later afternoon and they didn't have a whole lot of selection. Still the man behind the counter was very helpful in explaining what they do there. I was fascinated with the story of how they started and proceeded to pick out some goodies. They helped me find some goodies for my bf that weren't laced with chunks of nuts which were the cashew butter cookie, chocolate chip cookie, soda bread, and a chocolate bar type treat. I picked out a carrot cake cupcake with toffee frosting, a cranberry bar, and another smaller cookie. Overall even though it was so restricted on the ingredients we really enjoyed everything we got! We felt like we were eating healthy regardless if we really were. They were able to naturally sweeten everything and still make the treats enjoyable. Definitely a place to stop if you're close by and looking for a healthy sweet treat.

Try the blueberry lemon scone and the blueberry bar. Such a cute bakery, the staff was super friendly and asked if I had any allergies as soon as I walked in.

Everything is phenomenal! Friends who aren't gluten it dairy free live their products! Love the corn muffins, chocolate cupcakes, and focaccia. And the cherry pie - to die for.
