Down for new student orientation and needed something quick to eat. They don’t have gf bagels but they did offer me gf hashbrowns. Their hashbrowns are made in a dedicated air fryer and they changed their gloves, wiped everything down and hand-delivered my hashbrowns and said, “I don’t think I’ve ever cared more about hashbrowns in my life” which I appreciated. I wish I would’ve thought of asking to put some of their sandwich insides on my hashbrowns.
