Not a lot of options. My server was super nice and explained what is gluten free on the menu. I was directed towards the vegetarian options and that I could add shrimp or tofu (the other proteins are marinated in soy sauce). I ended up having the fried rice with tofu and the cucumbers (both without soy sauce) and they were amazing :)
