I'm celiac. The manager (owner?) was aware what that meant and honestly told me that most things on the menu labeled gluten free have a risk of cross-contamination because of shared grills, etc. He did make me lamb chops in a separate pan and I bet if you called in advance, they could arrange more. But if you are celiac or highly sensitive, do not rely on the menu and be prepared to either take a calculated risk or be disappointed.
