When I called the restaurant they said they were able to accommodate gluten free, however when I asked the waiter what the options were he said “isn’t rice gluten free?” I specified that cross contamination is more the issue because the ingredients may be gluten free but I can’t have cross contact and he proceeded to dismiss me and say “You’ll be fine.” I ordered a spicy tuna roll and over emphasized that he ask the chef to please be aware of my allergy. Luckily I did not get sick, however, I did not feel comfortable eating anything there at all. I will not be back.
