Food was good, they have a dedicated fryer. The lack of detail with the service both times we went was a bit frustrating though, which made me pretty nervous about how thorough they were with cross contamination prevention. Regardless, the food was tasty and I didn’t get sick. Would eat here again, but be sure to confirm everything. Most items on the menu can be done gluten free but you do have to ask them to go through it with you, which is ultimately fine but seems less efficient for everyone involved.
