Amazing experience, advised I have a severe gluten allergy and can't have any CC. Came here with a group, the server said she can note to prepare the rolls we wanted gf separately without any CC, and gave me GF soy sauce. Not a whole lot they could offer so I just ordered some basic rolls. Food was good, I felt safe and I didn't get ill. When she brought it out, she reminded me again the food she brought out for others who are not celiac in the group isn't safe for me, and when she brought mine she told the others in the group to not cross-contaminate mine as their chopsticks will have touched other food and gave them a separate set of chopsticks to use to pick up those sushi rolls. I felt so comfortable and she was AMAZING. I am so thankful for her being so careful and for her instructing the group as well as I've never seen that at a restaurant thus far.
Aware of gluten, and can tell you what items are gluten free and modify many items to accommodate. They have gluten free Tamari (San-J brand) they will bring out. Make sure to mention gluten allergy when ordering.
