My wife and I are constantly going here. Everything is as fresh as can be. The margaritas are second to none. They infuse their own tequilas for whichever flavor margarita that is featured at the present moment. Aaaaand they are quite delicious! Chips and salsa are GF along with the outstanding homemade guacamole. The Corn tortillas are locally made. Celiac-ers should stick to the tacos (corn tortilla) or Nachos. The Tinga chicken, shrimp & Jalapeño (spicy!), BBQ Poblano chicken, pork, veggie and bean tacos all are stamped approved by my wife for lack of stomach ache or rash. 👍. The sides are all safe, unless you have a soy issue, then do not get the slaw as it is made with mayo. In house pickled veggies are spicy and delicious. Rice is safe, BBQ beans and the black beans are safe. Also, if you feel inclined, the kale salad is thebomb.com. Just ask for no croutons. Dressing is made in house. They come up with some amazing food specials also. Staff is hit and miss in the GF education section, but the chefs make everything there so you can pick their brain if your concerned about something. Enjoy!
